Saskatchewan Mutual Insurance Gives to Prairie Children’s Hospitals

Saskatchewan Mutual Insurance (SMI) is honored to announce a charitable contribution of $45,000 spread across three children’s hospitals in the Prairies. The Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation, and The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba each received $15,000 to help with their effort to provide the care needed to protect the lives of our littlest residents.

“Donating to three children hospitals across the Prairie Provinces was very important to everyone at SMI. Ensuring that our little ones have the best resources possible when needed will give them the best chance to live a long and healthy life,” said Shelley Willick, President and CEO – Saskatchewan Mutual Insurance. “We truly are fortunate to have these amazing foundations and hospitals right in our backyards.”

“Our province’s tiniest patients are receiving a life-saving gift from the heart with a generous contribution from Saskatchewan Mutual Insurance,” said Brynn Boback-Lane, CEO of Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation.  The donation made will be directed to Saskatchewan’s largest NICU within JPCH and will assist in the purchase of the highest quality of equipment for our babies.  We are incredibly grateful for this support that will save little lives.”
