SMI is seeking an IT Analyst II, a versatile, service-oriented professional to join our growing IT team and assist with expanding technological initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a degree or Company approved diploma in computing sciences and will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a Windows server environment. The candidate will have experience developing in object-oriented programming languages such as .NET, Visual Basic, and Java. Networking certifications would be an asset.

Reporting to the Information Technology Supervisor, the successful candidate will be part of a team whose responsibilities include support, maintenance and administration of the following: Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications, Exchange server and end user applications, hardware deployment and integration, LAN/WAN/SAN administration including backup, recovery, wireless networking and security, virtual environments (VMWare), database administration, application development, as well as end user support.
